How does the sizing work?
All our Premium Flats feature our True To Fit sizing. Order your "normal" shoe size, and if you are a half size, go up to the next whole size.
We don't offer wide sizes, but most customers are able to order a size up to give themselves a little extra room, and the elastic on the shoes keeps them from slipping off.
How long does shipping take?
With standard USPS or UPS Ground, and depending on what you order/where you are located, shipping takes between 3-14 days. Since we ship from our warehouse in New Jersey, the closer you are to that the quicker your shoes will come!
All shipping times are quoted after the order gets processed, which takes 1-4 business days depending on order volumes.
If you need have your shoes immediately, there are always expedited shipping options.

We are currently sold in Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City.
Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship to Canada. The initial cost for shipment is significant, but adding additional pairs comes to little or no cost on top of that. So shipping one pair is just slightly cheaper than shipping 6 pairs.
If you are located in elsewhere, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the international shipping options available.
What material makes up your shoes?
Both our Premium and Classic Flats are made of a combination of textile, elastic, and rubber. The main difference is that the Premium Flats have a larger elastic edge for a better fit, and a thicker sole for more cushion and support. You can find out more about our manufacturing here.
What is the difference between Classic and Premium Flats?
In short, the classic flats have a thinner sole, and the premium flats (with their thicker sole) last much longer. Here is an infographic that explains the difference. If you have any other questions, of course reach out to us!
